The Touchstar Home & Furniture Outlet officially began its soft opening on November 22, 2025, welcoming customers from Langham, Saskatoon, and surrounding communities.
Open on weekends, the outlet features rotating inventory, one-of-a-kind pieces, and limited-quantity deals—creating a fun treasure-hunt shopping experience for families and value-conscious shoppers.

✔ Family Playland & Indoor Food Court (Unit 3&4)

Operated by FUNFUSION GREENFAIRWAY VENTURES LTD.

A family-oriented indoor entertainment and gathering space currently in the design and renovation planning stage, with a target opening in February 2026.

The concept includes:

• Soft-play structures and play zones designed for children

• A small indoor food court offering snacks, drinks, and comfortable family seating

This space is intended to become a new year-round community hub for local families and visiting guests, particularly during the winter months.

✔ Indoor Golf Studio (Unit 2)

Operated by Kudos Golf Ltd. (Target Opening: February 2026)

A modern indoor golf and simulator studio designed for 24-hour access, supporting year-round recreation, practice, instruction, and small group events. The studio will feature:

• Two private golf simulator bays

• 24-hour access for members and approved users, subject to operating policies

• Flexible booking options for individual practice, lessons, and small group use

 

✔ Rehydra Cleantech Inc. (Unit 7&8)

Rehydra Cleantech Inc. is a formally established clean-technology company, supported by Touchstone Enterprise, the University of Regina, and the Town of Langham. The company focuses on advancing sustainable water-reuse solutions tailored for small and mid-sized communities.

Planned initiatives at TCC include:

• A smart water-reuse car wash system, with construction planned for Q1 2026 and a target opening in Q2 2026

• An on-site clean-tech research and testing lab

• Longer-term plans for a Clean-Tech Innovation and Demonstration Hub at TCC

This initiative reflects TCC’s long-term vision of integrating innovation, sustainability, and practical infrastructure into community-focused development.
